Workout of the day

Our most diverse movement class. When you have built a strong foundation of fundamental movements in On Ramp, Yes You Can, and/or Durability classes we can advance to more challenging and rigorous movement patterns in Ronin’s Workout of the Day (WOD) classes.

Durability

A 30-60 minute class to help you dig deeper into helping your body withstand the test of time. We want to live long lives while maintaining our independence through a fully functioning body.

A low impact, low intensity, ‘reboot’ course modified to accommodate . Designed to ease you into a healthy lifestyle of mobility and baseline strength.

 
 

On Ramp

New to Ronin Training or has it been a while since you have worked out? On Ramp takes you through the form and proper mechanics of basic movements utilized in Ronin at a slower more pace with more in depth explanation and exploration for your better understanding. We build our technique and confidence in this class. The class for those that need to “get in shape” before they attend training.

 

Student Athlete Class

For younger athletes looking to compete at their sport. Build your athletic prowess by building your strength, power, agility, and coordination. Get coached on proper biomechanics and movement patterning.
